Day Three - At Sea

At Sea

Sea Day today heading to St. Thomas. Will arrive late morning tomorrow. Have the Ocala Travel Anniversary Party this afternoon with about 800 people from The Villages. I may be the youngest there. Last night the Captain announced there were over 5,200 passengers from Florida on the ship. I don't think any of them have to worry about going to work on Monday.

After a few drinks I may try the Zip Line this afternoon.

No Zip Line. Hung out at the pool, Forward for few hours and then went bad hopping.

Went to Central Park where there is a nice small outdoor bar. This area is where most of the specialty restaurants are. We have diner in 150 Central Park tonight, more on that later.

It looks like they copied some of my ideas I used on our lanai and front entrance at home to decorate the ships Central Park.

We spent the afternoon on the Promenade, Deck 5 where we found the Pub and they had Dogfish Head 90. This is the spot to hangout.

Looks like sea days on this deck is shopping day. All the shops are running sales, so they say, and drawings to stimulate sales. It worked with us.

Sat with a guy at the pub from Niagara Falls Canada, Sabre season ticket holder, hockey coach, and had a nice time talking while the fashion show of jewelry took place.

Had a piece of pizza for lunch at Sorrento's. Not bad, the first day it was very good.

Dinner was very good at 150 Central Park; however, we would not rush back to the specialty dinning restaurant. Limited selections on the menu and not much wine that was covered under the drink package. They do allow you to pay the difference between a glass of wine that was priced over $13. The maximum price allowed on the drink package. I will note that if you are a drinker, the drink package is the way to go. I will admit I would not drink as much if I did not have the package and would not be passing out before 10:00 pm every night. We have not gone to any show let because we are so full of food and drinks.
